Remove your makeup with a mild, oil free makeup remover or cleanser.

Apply a single stroke of CompleteLash at the base of your upper and lower lashes, as you would liquid eyeliner. One dip is generally enough for both eyes.
wait
Wait until the serum has fully dried if applying any additional beauty products.
night
Apply CompleteLash everyday at night time to allow the serum to work overnight.
